"Clare was the perfect answer to a specific scenario - I was moving out on my own and had the bones of a vision, but not the patience to build it as time allowed. I wanted this new space to feel like home ASAP. With an unusual layout to the apartment and a few of my general thoughts on the vibe, Clare was able to go through a progressive process that optimized the space for livability, occasional hosting, and felt curated without being overwrought.

I particularly credit her vision for the main living space to not be designed around a TV (instead making that the secondary room) -- a habit l've carried through two successive moves after working with her. It was incredibly helpful to have multiple items selected to fit the rendered layouts and flexible budget to decide what to splurge for and what to save on. Because it's Germany, I had to install a kitchen and Clare also offered input to that very large purchase to make the home feel cohesive.
